Q: How do I install the DingaLing iPhone App?

• On an iPhone or iPod touch start the App Store application.
• Search for "DingaLing Mobile".
• Choose "DingaLing Mobile", "More" and then "Install".
• Once the application has been downloaded and installed press the DingaLing icon.

Q: How do I log into the the DingaLing Service?

• Press the "More" icon in the tab bar at the bottom of the DingaLing application.
• Press the "Sign In" button.
• Enter your Username and Password in the login prompt.
• Press the "OK" botton to continue.
• If you entered the correct Username and Password the screen will be updated with a new button labelled "View Account".
• Press the "More" icon on the Tab bar.
• Press "Account Settings".
• If you are already a DingaLing user press the "Sign In" button to login to the service
• If you are a new user pres the "Create New Account" button to create an account.

Q: How do I make a call?

• Press the "Keypad" icon in the Tab bar at the bottom of the screen.
• Type in the phone number that you would like to call.
• Press the "Call" button to start your call.
• Press "End Call" when you would like to end the call. You will be returned to the "Keypad" once the call has been disconnected.
• After the call is complete information on the call will be available in the Call History area in the "More" section.

Q: Where can I call?

You can make calls to landline and mobile numbers in over 150 countries.

Q: Can I receive calls Using DingaLing?

Currently DingaLing for the iPhone can only make outgoing calls. In future versions of the DingaLing application incoming calls will be able to be received from other DingaLing users.

Q: Can I use the DingaLing app with a 3G connection?

Calls can be made using both Wifi and 3G connections. Please not that not all 3G networks were not created equal so call quality may vary. Some 3G providers restrict VoIP usage on their network so check with your provider about any restricts they may have.

Q: How do I check my credit balance?

Once you are logged into DingaLing your current balance will appear in the top right corner of the keypad and in the Account Settings area after clicking the "More" tab.

Q: Can I use DingaLing to call emergency numbers?

DingaLing can not connect call to special numbers such as 911 and 411. Please use the regular iPhone Keypad to call these numbers or contact the operator.
