Mr. Dusome, the founder of the organization, brings to DLC Worldwide over 15 years of entrepreneurial, operational, and sales experience. Between the years of 1988 to 1999, Mr. Dusome, acting as a turn-around specialist and manager, successfully rejuvenated a struggling consumer electronics retailer. From this success, Mr. Dusome moved into the technology sector to which he is applying the principles of leadership, innovation and professionalism. With national sales awards to his credit, Mr. Dusome's leadership and his unmatched tenacity for getting things done, have earned him a much-deserved reputation as a single-minded visionary.
Mr. Groenwold received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and obtained his designation as Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia. Mr. Groenwold is currently a member of the BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan Institutes of Chartered Accountants. Currently, he is serving as Chief Financial Officer at DLC Worldwide.
Mr. Groenwold brings strong financial, strategic business development and management experience to DLC Worldwide. Having worked throughout Western Canada at local, national, and the two largest international public accounting firms in the world, Mr. Groenwold has been exposed to and involved in a wide variety of businesses.
Mr. Groenwold is currently involved in a number of ongoing businesses. He is the Chief Financial Officer for the Obasa Group of Companies; companies involved in the real estate development, extended stay residential housing and freight transportation industries. In this role he has been directly involved in the strategic business planning and monitoring system development, development of the internal control systems and the ongoing financial and resource management and reporting of the companies.
